About Kamishibai
Kamishibai, the Japanese art of storytelling alongside pictures on a wooden stage called a butai, has become a real epidemic in Slovenia. It helps people of all generations and backgrounds to listen to themselves and connect with others through art.

At the heart of the Slovenian kamishibai movement are Igor and Jelena Sitar-Cvetko, who will be telling their favourite kamishibai stories to the little ones on Thursday morning in Hlavaty Park, alongside their “butai”.
