DAYS OF YOUNG OLIVE OIL 2026

With the return of the Days of Young Olive Oil, the end of November in Koper will be dedicated to outstanding extra virgin olive oils.

The Days of Young Olive Oil offer a diverse programme of events, ranging from expert round tables and special menus in selected restaurants - where local olive oils take centre stage - to the announcement of the best extra virgin olive oils of Slovenian Istria.

For the fifth consecutive year, the Days of Young Olive Oil are organised by the Municipality of Koper, the Zavod za mladino, kulturo in turizem Koper (ZMKT), and the Science and Research Centre (ZRS) Koper.

The detailed programme will be announced.
