Jazz concert: Renato Chicco – Piero Odorici Quartet

Jazz concert Renato Chicco - Piero Odorici Quartet Koper Regional Museum  Thursday, 14 March 2024, at  20.00 Renato Chicco, a musician from Izola, who has made a name for himself as a pianist and organist on the European and American jazz scene, is once again presenting himself to his audience in Koper, the only Slovenian stop on his tour, where he is joined by Italian saxophonist Piero Odorici in a quartet of high level and great musical understanding. The repertoire includes pieces from classic jazz and is largely derived from the many prestigious international collaborations by the musicians who make up the quartet. The concert will feature original pieces by Cedar Walton, Kenny Barron, McCoy Tyner, Steve Grossman and other great masters of jazz music.
