Labour Day of the Coastal Syndicate – KS 90

On Sunday, the 30th of April 2023, the coastal syndicate organisation KS 90 will organise the traditional event on the eve of the 1st of May, to mark the 1st of May - International Labour Day, with a gathering point at the Koper Tavern, from where the marchers will walk with torches to the venue where the central bonfire in Slovenian Istria will be organised with live music (bonfire site at the Anton Ukmar Primary School in Markovec, above Koper).The event will take place on the eve of the 1st of May.The event "Celebrating Labour Day with a bonfire at Markovec" will follow the following programme:19:30 gathering of marchers in front of the Taverna in Koper,20:00 start of the marchers with torches accompanied by the Marezige Wind Orchestra,20:30 arrival of the marchers at the bonfire site next to the Anton Ukmar Koper Primary School, accompanied by the Marezige Wind Orchestra,20:30 speech by the General Secretary Damjan Volf,20:35 ceremonial lighting of the bonfire accompanied by the Marezige Wind Orchestra,20:35 - 24:00 performance by the music group. You are cordially invited!
