Exhibition of the sculptor Igor Knap, Art as a Spice

Igor Knap was born in Ljubljana on 4 October 1953, but he spent his childhood days and his most beautiful years in the idyllic Trnovo in Ilirska Bistrica. There, surrounded by a company of comrades full of enthusiasm, he enjoyed countless childhood experiences that enriched his imagination and shaped his view of the world. For him, art is like a spice that adds flavour to food. In the past, it played a great role in preserving food and thus making life possible. Life without art is like bread without salt. You can live and survive, but you don't taste it fully. The exhibition will be on display until 1 April 2024.
