From March 28 to April 13, 2025, Slovenian Istria will celebrate the spring’s most beloved ingredient – wild asparagus. During this period, selected restaurants and taverns in Koper, Ankaran, Izola and Piran will offer special menus featuring this local delicacy in different culinary forms.
