A group of graffiti artists will create an underwater world and the wreck of the once mighty ship Rex. The group mural will be integrated as a whole as a work of art from the hands of one artist. The 50 metre mural will be painted by boriz1107 (Slovenia), Azram (Slovenia), Sonar (Slovenia), Jackal (Italy) and Mortis (Slovenia).

Koper Street Art Tour is a colourful walk through the city through the eyes of graffiti writers and street artists. You will hear about the secret vocabulary of this subculture, learn what the walls are “telling” us and discover urban archaeology. On a two-hour tour, an experienced guide will introduce you to local graffiti artists, reveal the city’s freshest murals and give you a unique insight into the extensive history of this global phenomenon. Svit Pregelj is an artist in his spare time, which he occasionally spends in nature, and it is his love of nature that gives him the creative power to create, but he also finds inspiration in music, films, stories, social events and everyday happenings, i.e. in real life. In art, he finds a way to express his feelings, his thoughts, his experiences… art is a medium for him to communicate with everything around him. Each of his works has a foundation, a starting point, a story and a rich message that awakens us, stimulates us to think, heals us in some way and, above all, enriches us from within.

☆ PTČ is all that it is: the young rap duo from Ljubljana presented their first album “SOMETHING SO EVERY DAY” in September; an urban adventure of humorous beats and spoken rhymes for the first time on the stage of Sežana as part of Mladifest for the big gates, tickets to the coast. The rhymers combine stories and rhythm, bass and drums of summer nights in their live performances, the freshness of the new melting the ice and cooling the sunshine. It’s not what it used to be.

☆ PRIMAL ALCHEMY
Carved out of the guts of the capital, industrial hip-hop duo Primal Alchemy weave torn tissue from offbeat beats and intertwine it with the ritualistic nature of old-school rap. While their musical escapades pre-date the group’s founding, Primal Alchemy’s story began in 2022 when, as part of Radio Student’s Strawberry Selection on the Klub Marathon tour, the duo’s energetic performances captivated crowds across Slovenia.

Stella Ivšek, Anja Romih (BEAM TEAM / V2V) are intermedia artists working in sound visualisation, video animation and set design, and have been appearing as VJs with their aliases 5237 and SMECH at various music and art festivals and events for several years. They also work as event curators and workshop tutors in collaboration with various organisations (Ljudmila Association, Svetlobna gverila festival, Ljubljana Street Art Festival).

● Lecture: Helena Konda is the author of the scientific monograph Graffiti in Ljubljana: history, graffiti writers, the city, published in 2017 by the Scientific Publishing House of the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana. Konda has been researching graffiti and urban art for more than 20 years. She has written several scientific and other papers and presented various areas of graffiti at scientific and popular events.
