Experience the rich Istrian heritage at the Carcauec House, where you can learn about organic olive production and sample extra virgin olive oil, olives in brine, and persimmon vinegar, as well as enjoy a demonstration of traditional Istrian folk costumes.
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
In the beautiful Slovenian Istria, in the village of Krkavče—famous for its olive-growing and built entirely on living rocks—we produce extra virgin olive oil, olives in brine, persimmon vinegar, and lavender skincare products. Our 5-hectare olive grove is cultivated with great care and dedication to nature.
