VINTAGE CULINARY EXPERIENCE
A nostalgic journey with legendary vintage cars through the olive groves of Istria.

Embark on an educational journey tracing old indigenous olive varieties growing on the scenic viewpoints of the Slovenian coast and the Istrian countryside. Join the Lisjak family, renowned olive oil producers and the largest in Slovenia, as they guide you through their heritage and craftsmanship.
ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

At Slovenia’s largest family-run olive oil production plant, blend your own favorite olive oil combination and savor traditional Istrian dishes. Discover the diverse applications of olives, from culinary uses to cosmetics and industry. In less than 3 hours, you will learn how to identify quality olive oil and much more.
This is the story of olive oil, experienced among ancient olive groves, within a cutting-edge laboratory, and on the edge of a stunning sea cliff in the Strunjan Nature Reserve. A real treat is an unforgettable ride in vintage cars from the flower power generation, beautifully refurbished with olive wood. These iconic vehicles have left their mark on the people of the Littoral and the history of the world.
Did we mention that you’ll travel to the most stunning viewpoints along the Slovenian coast?
