TASTING AT THE BRIČ ESTATE
The Brič Estate is located in Slovenian Istria, close to the Slovenian-Croatian border, on a hill above the valley of the Dragonja River. At an altitude of between 270 and 370 metres above sea level, the property, with its 36 hectares of organically farmed vineyards and olive groves, offers stunning panoramic views of the Slovenian Istria hinterland, the Adriatic Sea and the Italian Dolomites. Its idyllic setting makes Brič an ideal choice for a one-day trip, where you can enjoy fine wine and local delicacies. Brič Winery is one of the 100 most beautiful wineries in the world.

The experiences are available in Slovenian, English, Italian and Croatian and last around two hours. The price of the experience is €35 per person and includes a guided tour of the winery, a wine tasting of 6 wine samples and a selection of local cold cuts.
The experience is ideal for couples (at least 2 people) and larger groups. The Brič Wine Cellar is open to visitors all year round. During the high season, which runs from 1 May to 30 September, they are open from 11:00 to 16:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays, and from 11:00 to 18:00 on Thursdays and Saturdays. In winter, they are open by reservation. Free parking is provided on site.

THE WORLD OF OLIVES “OUR WAY”
Learn the secrets of olive oil production, from olive picking to pressing and bottling. The Lisjak olive oil mill provides a guided tour of the facility, complete with an olive oil tasting experience. They will teach you the proper way to taste olive oil and share insights into the significance of this precious commodity in our region. In addition to tours, they offer tastings of typical Istrian food and their own sparkling wine crafted using the traditional method.
