Samira Kentrić is a visual artist, performer, illustrator and social critic, whose works are lucidly rendered realities that stimulate conversation and engagement. Her work depicts the social and intimate reality of her time. She uses symbols to create situations that seek to highlight the essence of a plot. She is interested in the fate of people in distress due to political decisions “over which they have no influence and unhealthy traditions that still determine our actions”.
The exhibition invites us in with works that, as covers, have invited and seduced us into many a book, depicting the heart of many columns and reinterpreting the form of the artist’s graphic novels Balkanalia and Adna.

The exhibition will be on display until 2 September 2023
