Patrizia Moroso, artistic director of Moroso, a family-run and innovative company from Friuli, which is appreciated all over the world, has been designing and manufacturing sofas, armchairs and furniture accessories since 1952. Over the years Patrizia Moroso has worked with great designers such as Ron Arad, Carlo Colombo, Marc Newson, Toshiyuki Kita, Tord Boontje, Patricia Urquiola, etc. and has followed a creative ethical line that precedes aesthetics and strives for ecologically sustainable changes in the design world.
From a young age, she spent her days among fabrics and upholstery. Her parents are the founders of Moroso, and she used to play with pieces of fabric as a child. This is how the story of Patrizia Moroso, today an entrepreneur and artistic director of the Moroso brand, began.
