You are invited to a talk and presentation of the work of the October resident Jovana Đukić. The event will be moderated by Tina Saražin from the Central Library of Srečko Vilhar. The event will take place in the Kubed Hall.
During her residency, the artist-in-residence will create a video consisting of illustrations created during the art workshop in Kubed.
Jovana Đukić graduated in Graphic and Interactive Communication from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering and is currently pursuing her postgraduate studies in Graphic Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana. Her approach to creativity is focused on research and openness to different solutions. She draws inspiration from observing nature, her environment and herself. She currently enjoys experimenting with different media, including illustration and 2D animation. She also enjoys handicrafts such as embroidery and ceramics.
