The Solari organic farm is located at an altitude of 457 m, in the village of Reparec, on a ridge. The unique and unspoilt natural environment provides ideal conditions for organic farming.
Tour of the estate is possible by prior arrangement; for organised groups, wine tastings are also available in their wine cellar. The Solari organic estate offers a wide range of wines and liqueurs produced, according to the ancient method, from indigenous Istrian grape varieties: refosco, malvasia and yellow muscat.
They also offer essential oils and lavender hydrolates, certified organic.
The estate is managed by the Stepančič family, who continue the long tradition of their ancestors and strive to revive the ancient vineyards and herbs.
