The single-nave Church of the Heart of Jesus has a presbytery and an independently standing bell tower. It was built between the years 1931 and 1934 and the bell tower was completed in 1987. They are both located near the old Church of St Matthew.
The simple Church of St Matthew has a rectangular floor plan and a bell-gable. It was dedicated in 1674, which is indicated by the inscription on the entrance portal. Afterwards, it was reconstructed into a classroom for Sunday School.
At the address Spodnje Škofije 18 you can also visit a villa with a chapel that was built at the beginning of the 20th century.
