A little way from the homesteads, there stands a real peculiarity of the village: a church of a Karst and Istrian style, set up above the edge of the abyss – the Church of St Stephen. The church from the 13th century is a Roman single-nave church of the “Istrian group”, with Gothic paintings and statues, Renaissance wooden altar and terracotta pavement. The bell tower of the church was built in 1521.
