Under the village of Trebeše, you can admire the tallest waterfall in the Slovenian Istria – the Slapoc waterfall.

This waterfall of about 20 metres is most interesting during periods of heavy rainfall, e.g. in the spring and autumn. It is especially interesting in the winter when it sometimes freezes over. In the summer, it sometimes also dries up.

The waterfall of Veli vir is about 8 metres high, flowing over the rocks and into a pool of a wonderful, emerald-green colour. This waterfall also sometimes dries up in the summer.

Nearby, you can also visit the Slapoc waterfall and the Trmčič waterfall.
